We began selling black & white truffles in Germany and Italy over a decade ago. After much success abroad, we have expanded to the United States. Our approach is simple: bring the finest products to our customers, from executive chefs to home cooks alike.
Our fresh black truffles are hand harvested from the Transylvania region of Romania, France, Spain, Bulgaria, Istria Croatia, Serbia in Eastern Europe once they reach maturity in late fall.
These truffles are known as the black and white diamonds of the culinary world. The most appreciated truffles in the world come from Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, France and Italy.
